We watched in horror as desperate people fled their homes over the months leading up to August 2021. The last two weeks of the withdrawal of coalition support for Afghanistan and the Afghan people was too much to bear. We watched Afghans who had courageously sought to build a strong country become frightened for their lives, desperate to escape. We watch previously working families slip along a downward slope into starvation. Women who had previously held prestigious positions and were able to support their families were now suddenly forbidden from moving around alone and unable to work. Displaced families who had run to the cities from their villages were stuck, with no way out. They were calling out for help, and no one was answering.

Our charity is guided by a sole purpose: to save the lives of regime targets. We have successfully assisted over 3000 people already to gain permanent resettlement pathways.
From little acorns, mighty oaks grow. We believe that if we take a 'root to branch' approach to assisting a person then they can rebuild their life safely. We do not believe in a ‘lift and dump’ approach to evacuations or to refugees; our goal is to empower people so that they thrive.
